Hey guys, I am trying to reload OS since the Factory Reset did not work but it is not booting off either a flash drive or external optical drive. In the Boot Order in the Bios I have selected the USB option as first under UEFI but The boot Manager is not showing any of the plugged in USB devices?

Hi:

In your second screen shot you see settings for Legacy Support.

Enable Legacy Support and then see if you can boot from the Legacy USB Diskette on key/USB Hard Disk

There is no need to change the boot order.

You turn on the PC, immediately tap the ESC key to get the menu of options.

Select the F9 boot options menu and from that select the Legacy USB Diskette on key/USB Hard Disk, and press the Enter key.

Hopefully, the PC will boot from the flash drive that way.

Thanks but same deal, no option is showing in the boot menu for either the plugged in usb optical or flash drive.

You're very welcome.

Sorry that didn't work for you either.

Unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions for you to try.

It's ok, thanks for trying
