there is no driver on hp website. i need HP Stream - 14-ax002na bios recovery driver to recover my device at start up with windows + b keys. laptop is blank screen

I was able to find drivers on the support page for your notebook.

 

Here is the link to the latest BIOS update HP released for it (F.64).

Watch these two videos at the links below for how to make and use the BIOS recovery flash drive to recover or update the BIOS outside of Windows.

 

You will have to make the USB BIOS recovery flash drive on another Windows PC since yours is not working.
