1. I bought the $70 Recovery USB
2. I downloaded the Cloud Recovery, after buying another USB.
3. Both have not worked to recover Windows on this device.
4. I tried EVERYTHING in the HP Community support as well.
HP wants to charge me to talk to them on the phone 😞
I just want to get the computer working for my mother.
What else is there to try?

Hi:
See if you can clean install W10 by making a bootable USB installer using the media creation tool at the link below.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
When you get to the part of the installation process where it asks 'Where do you want to install Windows, delete every partition on the disk drive, leaving just one partition of unallocated space. Click Next, and W10 should begin to install.
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from the notebook's support page.
