HP Stream 14-cb163wm Laptop PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Stream 14-cb163wm Laptop PC that I am having trouble re imaging.  I'm able to get to the point where the partitions should be but I'm getting a message "We couldn't find any drives. To get a storage drive, click load driver."  BIOS is recognizing the eMMC drive but I'm unable to get past this hurdle.  I'm also getting a BSOD with Stop Code: DRIVER PNP WATCHDOG.  Anyone have any ideas?

Its specs

It only has 32 GB eMMC which is not enough room to do big job. Please use the following way

I have read that a possible solution would be to get a HP cloud recovery Tool?  I've also seen some other laptops with a similar issue of having an eMMC with 32GB storage and use a Driver Storage to re image but I can't seem to replicate that solution.

Upon the recommendation of HP, I created a USB HP cloud recovery tool and when I tried to boot from it I got a failure message of [21:21:44:74][starnet] Error, Get failure from Dynamic Recovery Tool.  Any help on getting Windows 10 on this would be greatly appreciated.
