As far as I know, the Stream models are not capable of running Windows 11 -- more likely, yours came with Windows 10. So claiming it is running Win11 is misleading.
As to SLOW, this is an entry-level laptop (what used to be called Netbooks) and is under powered in every sense of the word, including a 32GB "drive" that fills up almost immediately.
You will NOT be able to do Windows Updates on it, but Here are some things you can do to recover some of the disk space:
