Having same issue. It didn't update, I was working on job applications yesterday and had to leave to take care of something, so I left it sitting open and logged into my account. I was gone for hours and didn't go back to it until this morning. The caps lock light was blinking and I pressed and held the power button down to turn it off. I waited a minute and pressed it to turn it on. The power light on the side came on, the screen remained black, the caps light started flashing again. I'm trying to open the dang thing, but can't figure out where the screws are. I downloaded the manual, but can't open the file.

Note: Disconnect all the connected devices from the computer including power cord and try to turn it back on after few hours sometimes this fixes the issue.
