I turn on the laptop and the HP Window comes up showing the time & date. I hit enter. Then, it shows "your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. It also shows a stopcode of SDBUS internet error www.windows.com. After restarting it shows the recovery page that reads "It looks like windows didn't load correctly". and my options are: See Advanced repair options or restart my PC. I click on See Advanced Options and my choices are: Continue (exit and continue to Windows 10); Use a device (use a USB drive, network connection, or Windows recovery DVD); Troubleshoot (reset your pc or see advanced options); turn off your PC.
I select Troubleshoot and click on Reset this PC. The options are Keep my files or remove everything. I select Keep my Files. Then, its shows Reset this PC. I choose my account and hit enter.Then, I enter my password and hit continue. Now, it reads Additional free space is needed on the drive where Windows is installed. Free up some space and try again. But, I can't free up space because I can't get pass the Windows Screen that shows the Day and time. It shows "your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. It also shows a stopcode of SDBUS internet error www.windows.com. and starts the whole process over again like I describe at the beginning of my post.
Then, I went into Advanced Options. Choices are System Restore, Go back to Previous Version, System Image Recovery, Startup Repair, Command Prompt, and UEFI Firmware Settings. Under System Restore it reads No restore points have been created on your computer's system drive. I exit out of that. Go back to Previous Version says We ran into a problem and wont be able to take you back to the previous version of windows. Start UP Repair says Startup Repair couldn't repair your PC. I ran all the test and they showed ok. At this time, I can't remember how I got into the list of many different things to test. I guess I just need help in getting into the computer to free up space / and how you free up space.

You can't do a reset or factory restore on the Stream because it has way too little free space on the "disk drive".
You have to use External Media to do a reset:
Since your PC can not successfully do an internal factory reset, your ways to accomplish this are the following:
- Factory reset using external HP image you make
- Factory reset using external HP image you buy
Each of these is discussed in some detail below ...

HP provides a Cloud Recovery tool that you can use, together with a 32GB USB stick, to create your on HP reset media.

For those PCs not supported by the Cloud Recovery, in some cases, HP offers Recover Media for sale. This can not be downloaded; instead, it must be ordered from HP.
HP Recovery Media is a set of DVDs and a CD, or USB stick, that will erase the hard drive (removing all data, settings, and applications, reinstall the original OS, drivers, and some HP Utilities.
In some cases, you may be able to order a USB stick instead of disks.
You can look online for Recovery Media starting with the linked paged: http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers
Once there, input your Product name or number. On your Software and Drivers Download page, select your Operating System and and Version. Click "Update".<br><br>If HP Recovery Media is available for your machine, down near the bottom of the page, you will see an entry for Order Recovery Media-CD/DVD/USB. Click the "+" symbol to expand that entry and click on Order Media for details.
