HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP laptop battery would not charge but only says plugged in, attempts to troubleshoot and fix issue made me realize that same laptop won't enter startup/BIOS mode no matter how hard I tried using all key combinations I know (F1, F2, F8, F10, F12 etc)

 

Please I need help as this is seriously affecting my studies as I cannot learn without or practice as I learn.
