If the built in factory reset didn't work...
You can make your own W10 installation media by using the Media creation tool at the link below, using another Windows PC.

The tool will allow you to make a bootable USB flash drive (you need an 8 GB USB flash drive for this), or save an ISO file that you can burn to a DVD.
The software will work with the W10 product key in your notebook's BIOS and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.
Then you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
When installing Windows, because those notebooks come with such small capacity hard drives, I recommend that you delete every partition on there and just have the one partition left to install Windows on.
