Product: HP Stream Notebook

Hello ,my HP stream notebook after a try to factory reset it won’t load the log in section just is stock on HP logo for couple of seconds and black screen ,I did a quick check por processor and memory and all that and everything passed ,what I can do

What is the specific ProdID on the bottom of the HP Stream? How to identify an HP notebook.

 

Try an HP Cloud Recovery. You will need to create a Cloud recovery USB flash drive. See the documents at the link below this line.
