Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Tried to do a factory reset on the laptop.

Received a message saying error occured

 Something about TPM erase all  yes or no. Choose NO and now the laptop just cycles between boots only showing HP symbol on a black screen and starts all over . No windows log screen nothing

I can´t even enter BIOS menu

HELP!!!!!!

If this issue occurred after a recent update after the reset: click here to recover the BIOS as this should resolve the issue, that said, if the issue persists, here's what you need to know:

The TPM module is a security chip on your computer that stores certain information regarding your computer's security. If you've created any TPM security encryption and keys it will get erased when you press F1 to complete the recovery. 

 

Otherwise, the default encryption gets overwritten and it should work again. Please check this document https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/security/information-protection/tpm/initialize-and-configur... (Troubleshoot the TPM) from Microsoft for more information in the regard.

This should shed some light.
