Hello 

I keep trying to reset this laptop that I bought offline to factory. Remove Everything!! Each attempt I have made says Additional disk space needed (1.87GB) This number changes each time I try to reset to factory!! I have cleaned every program non essential and the same message appears. Can anyone help???

Stream laptops are notorious for being unable to do factory resets due to insufficient disk space.

In addition, I have found the utility Cleanmgr+ to have LOTS of options for removing Windows junk, including log files. I use it practically every day. You can get it from here: https://www.getclone.app/download/category/11-cleanmgr
