Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

My admin password was reset/forgotten, so now I cannot get into my laptop.

When I attempt to boot to BIOS, it immediately asks for the Admin PW.

 

I've seen previous similar threads, which instruct to hit ENTER 3x, and observe the code that's displayed.

 

After hitting ENTER 3x, a pop-up message displays the following:

 

System Disabled

 [ 75221927 ]

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:
