Hello everyone,

Follow these steps if HP Support Assistant starts with the error "Application enabling services currently unavailable":

            HPSA - AES unavailable

  1. On the keyboard, press the Windows and R keys simultaneously. The Run window opens.
  2. Type servcies.msc, and then press the Enter key.
  3. Right-click HP System Info HSA Service and then click Properties.
    HPSA - Service (HPSystemInfoCap)
  4. On the General tab, place Automatic in front of "Startup type:",  then clic Start, and then click Apply, and then click OK.
  5. Close the Servcies window.
  6. HP Support Assistant is now works normally.

Best regards,
