Product: Elitebook 8570p
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've installed version 9.6.598.0 of the HP Support Assistant UWP app on my Elitebook 8570p which has been updated to Windows 10 2004 (Build 19041.264) . When I launch the app, it shows the welcome page. Then I click on "Go to HP Support Assistant" and it gets stuck loading where it seems to be gathering information about my notebook. The blue loading circle continues to rotate to no end.

 

I've installed it on another Windows 10 2004 PC with the same result.

 

Will the app be updated to support Windows 10 2004?
