- Unplug the AC power from the computer.
- Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds.
- Release the power button.
- The computer will power on and should boot normally after releasing the power button.
- Re-connect the AC power to the computer.
If no change-contact HP for warranty service:

Actually that is in one of HP's own documents. A little common courtesy will take you a lot further in getting help on a public forum. Your rudeness may have just closed a door.

I did solve same issue. The problem was that the new BIOS 01.08.01 killed my laptop. It ends up with 3 long beeps and 2 short beeps error.
Investigation showed that the new BIOS doesn't support my memory config 8 Gb stock + 16 Gb additionally.
The solution is to downgrade the BIOS to 01.02.04 from here https://support.hp.com/ro-en/document/c05945473
Important note that you should detach all drives from laptop before starting with recovery flash inserted and WIN+B otherwise it wouldn't search recovery on the flash. another way to recover is to start the laptop with additional memory detached and launch the BIOS downgrade tool from OS
