Product: HP Envy 17m-ae111dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This may be in the wrong board, but can someone please tell me why the support page for my specific model of notebook has suddenly gone blank? The notebook is only less than 2 years old. I also need to know how to replace the battery in this model. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.
