I have been attempting to dispute my warranty on the HP Support Site.  Every time I submit the form, I get an error stating "HP Customer Support site is temporarily unavailable, please check back soon".  This has been a long-term, on-going issue.  I can't find any other way to contact Hp about this issue.  Does anyone have any insight on this, or another way to dispute the warranty status?

Hi @Dave34759,

Welcome to the HP Community!

I understand that you have been unable to submit the warranty dispute through the HP Support website because you are receiving the message that the site is temporarily unavailable.

To help us look into the warranty status and determine the appropriate next steps, please send the following information via private message:

A copy of the purchase invoice for the HP device. Please make sure the invoice clearly shows the serial number of the device.

A clear photograph of the serial number label on the physical device, showing the same serial number.
