HI Everyone,

Hope everyone is being safe and sound !

I have been facing an strange issue with HP models where some of the systems ate able to PXE boot and complete the deployment without any issue.

Once the OSD completes we get an black screen "Protected by HP Sure Start" and it just keep on circling and spinning and takes ages to let us log in. I need someone expertise on HP to help us answer the below queries:

> What is the reason behind this screen?

> How to get rid of this screen and let the computer log user into it to the earliest?

Note: We are building all of our machine in secure boot enable and legacy boot disable and also the fast boot option is disabled too in bios . are we missing something to doing anything wrong during deployment?

Hope someone's experience and expertise can help us out with it.

Regards,

Shashi Dubey
