Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible13-ap0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have partitioned my windows disk, so now the windows partition is just 75 Gb, and the rest is in a new partition. I would like to use the HP System Recovery to do a factory reset, but I would like to keep intact the new partition. I am not sure if the HP System Recovery will only crash my 75 Gb windows partition, or if it will override my entire disk, and so remove my new partition. Is it possible to do what I want?

Depending on which option you choose. Doing a Factory Settings the software will do as it said Factory Settings.

Ok, thanks. I was expecting to have an option to reinstall windows as it originally came installed, but without touching my other partition where I have a Linux installed. I guess it is not possible, and so I will have to back up my Linux, factory reset the computer, and then reinstall Linux.
