Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello HP,

I have a problem with my notebook HP TPN C126

12GB ram / AMD E1-6015 APU 1.4 GHZ / 250 GB SSD KINGSTON.

The processor is at 100% and the cooler can be heard working i thought it was from windows updates, but before install windows 10 i had windows 8.1 and the same problem CPU at 100% and lagging, so i made an upgrade with a brand new SSD 250 GB and +8 GB ram a total of 12GB ram now and i change the bios battery too, and the same problem.. i changed the thermal paste from the CPU i cleaned the cooler, but the problem still here, this is one problem

The second problem is the notebook have RADEON HD 8200 R3 SERIES, and Windows install automatically the video card driver but after installation the display and mouse is lagging (freezing) and  i have to uninstall the driver from device manager to be the basic driver from windows to work.

I tryed to install windows 7 i made a bootable usb but is not working, remains block during installation (windows is loading files) I tryed 3 different windows 7.

My question is wich windows suits to this laptop to work properly, (right now i have win 10 x64)

How to avoid CPU 100% and wich radeon driver can be good to not have the mouse lagging and display freezing after inatallation?

I tryed two different drivers but the same problem..

When I use youtube is lagging.. the notebook run very bad after this upgrade too..

Thank you to all!
