Hello

 

I have bought a technical phone support package which I have received the receipt and a code for along with a service code.  The emails that have been sent through have given me a service code but no indication of how to make contact.  Can someone give me an idea about how to make contact so that I can complete the technical support request?  As we have paid £35 for the service with no indication as to how to access it I find this disappointing and confusing.
