Dear HP Turkey Representatives,
On May 25, 2025, my HP laptop was exposed to liquid damage (tea spill). I delivered the device to the authorized HP technical service on May 26, 2025. Despite 21 days having passed since then, I have not received any updates regarding the status of the device, the fault diagnosis, repair process, or any potential repair costs.
The lack of communication regarding a device that is still under active warranty has caused significant inconvenience and has undermined my trust in the service process.
I kindly request immediate information regarding the repair status of my device, including a detailed update on its condition. I expect to be contacted as soon as possible, either in writing or verbally.
Otherwise, please be informed that I reserve the right to escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee in accordance with my legal rights.
