HP Tilt Pen doesn't write, altough it is connected

The pen is connected sucessfully but it doesn't write when i touch the screen. I fully loaded it, but it doesn't work!

Is the pen compatible with your Envy xx computer model?

Has the pen ever worked before?

If yes, have you changed Operating System versions?

The standard Tilt Pen requires a driver that is compatible with the computer model, and the Operating System /version. 

For example, even assuming the pen is compatible with your system, you might have trouble if you use an old Tilt Pen driver with Windows 2004.
