Hello, my computer came with Windows 7 originally then then I upgraded to Windows 10 for free in 2016ish. This year (2020) I had to restore my computer again and when I did I updated to Windows 10 again unaware that it was not free anymore. So Windows 10 expired and I don't want to pay $140 for Windows 10 so I am trying ro restore my computer again. Except I cannot find the HP Recover Manager. In addition the Cloud recover will not accept my Product ID. Can somebody point me in the right direction?

First off, Windows 10 licenses do not expire -- so I have no idea why you would say that.
Second, the recovery information on your PC was for Win7 so you can't do an internal restore and get Win10 back and when you did the Win10 Upgrade, that corrupted the recovery information so it does not work after that.
If you want Win10 on it NOW, you would have to use the MS Media Creation Tool to download and create your own media and use that. Since the PC was already running Win10, when it goes online, it should reactivate without issue.
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP

im literally looking at the screen showing Windows 10 expired. In addition, the windows 7 recovery manager worked even when the other Windows 10 was was install in 2016. I recovered the computer in June tbis year because my Son installed some software that was creating issues. It was not until Windows 10 expired which i don’t understand is the reason why im trying to recover but the HP recover is gone
