Guten tag ich wusste nicht wie ich das Problem beschreiben soll also 

Ich habe mich berreits bei Microsoft team über den support gemeldet diese haben mein system neu installiert und versucht da problem zu beheben da der Treiber HP - USB - 12/10/2018 12:00:00 AM - 49.0.4411.18331 Installationsfehler – 0x80070103 von euch kommt Konnte Microsoft auch nichts machen ich bitte um eine kösung für mein problem
Problem :
versuchte über windows Treiber HP - USB - 12/10/2018 12:00:00 AM - 49.0.4411.18331 zu installieren aber er zeigt mir ständig  Installationsfehler – 0x80070103 an wir haben berreits teiber neuinstalliert und versucht eine lösung zu finden leider wie oben beschrieben konnte Microsoft mir auch nicht helfen ich bitte um hilfe durch HP
