Product: ZBook 15 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have run the Microsoft System File Checker, so I am reasonably confident that my operating system is error free; however, I have been unable to install the USB update 40.11.1108.1741 from HP dated 2/10/2017 12:00:00 AM.  The Microsoft error number is 800F020B.  I do use an HP docking module, but I get the same error when disconnected.  The only operating problem that I have encountered involves my HP ScanJet G4050 for which the software cannot be installed because a USB incompatibility is detected.

 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
