Hi @HELVACİ53,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like your HP Victus laptop may be experiencing a hardware or power issue. Here are a few steps to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the problem.
Check the Power Supply:
- Ensure that the power adapter is securely connected to both the laptop and the wall outlet.
- Try using a different power outlet or a different power adapter if available.
Perform a Hard Reset:
- Disconnect the power adapter and any external devices.
- Press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds to perform a hard reset.
- Reconnect the power adapter and try turning on the laptop again.
Inspect the Battery:
- If the laptop has a removable battery, try removing it and then powering the laptop with the power adapter only.
- Reinsert the battery and try turning on the laptop.
Check for Overheating:
- Ensure that the laptop is on a hard, flat surface to allow proper ventilation.
- Allow the laptop to cool down for a few minutes before trying to turn it on again.
Look for Diagnostic Lights or Beeps:
- Pay attention to any blinking lights or beeps, which might indicate specific hardware issues. Refer to your laptop's manual for details on what these codes mean.
Examine the RAM:
- If you're comfortable doing so, try reseating the RAM modules. Sometimes, loose or improperly seated RAM can cause startup issues.
Check for Loose Connections:
- Ensure that all internal connections are secure, especially if you've recently upgraded or made changes to the laptop.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
