Hi @HELVACİ53,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like your HP Victus laptop may be experiencing a hardware or power issue. Here are a few steps to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the problem.

Check the Power Supply:

  • Ensure that the power adapter is securely connected to both the laptop and the wall outlet.
  • Try using a different power outlet or a different power adapter if available.

Perform a Hard Reset:

  • Disconnect the power adapter and any external devices.
  • Press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds to perform a hard reset.
  • Reconnect the power adapter and try turning on the laptop again.

Inspect the Battery:

  • If the laptop has a removable battery, try removing it and then powering the laptop with the power adapter only.
  • Reinsert the battery and try turning on the laptop.

Check for Overheating:

  • Ensure that the laptop is on a hard, flat surface to allow proper ventilation.
  • Allow the laptop to cool down for a few minutes before trying to turn it on again.

Look for Diagnostic Lights or Beeps:

  • Pay attention to any blinking lights or beeps, which might indicate specific hardware issues. Refer to your laptop's manual for details on what these codes mean.

Examine the RAM:

  • If you're comfortable doing so, try reseating the RAM modules. Sometimes, loose or improperly seated RAM can cause startup issues.

Check for Loose Connections:

  • Ensure that all internal connections are secure, especially if you've recently upgraded or made changes to the laptop.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
