Greetings all, I just bought this laptop on November 2022, and for the first 2 weeks my laptop running smoothly even when gaming with my friend. Then suddenly my laptop keeps crashing and rebooting back as normal. It happens very frequently like after 15min or 20 min when running a game, google meet, editing videos, etc... Then I send back the laptop to the seller for checking and they swap it with the new Kingston RAM which they suspect my new upgraded ram is the main cause of the problem. I test it out in front of them like playing a game for almost 30 min and nothing happens and no crash. Then when I get home I tried to play with my friend and it happen again. Now I noticed that whenever I play any game solo, nothing happens and no crash. But, when I play with my friend and talk through discord, it crashes frequently like every 15min or 10min. I already did a full reset on my laptop and it does not fix anything. Other than that, I also update all the devices and windows to the latest version and still cannot fix the issue. Even when I do not run any games and just attend online classes through google meet, it still crashes and reboots itself to normal.  I bought this laptop with the same spec together with my friend and his laptop only crashed once and at that time he just playing a game. my laptop is very frequent and unpredictable. Hope to solve this issue ASAP!!
