HP ZBook Power G7 Mobile Workstation (10J83AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

HELLO I BOUGHT A SECOND-HAND HP ZBOOK POWER G7... IT DOESN'T HAVE A HARD DRIVE, I CHANGED IT.. I TRY TO FORMAT IT.. AND THE USB STARTS TO LOAD WHEN IT SHOULD DIE, AND THE FIRST INSTALLATION SCREEN IT RESTARTS AND I'VE TRIED EVERYTHING... I'VE DONE DIAGNOSIS ON ALL THE COMPONENTS AND THEY TELL ME THEY ARE APPROVED... BUT IT STILL WON'T LET ME INSTALL THE OPERATING SYSTEM... I'VE TRIED WITH USB UEFI... AND NOTHING... IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME I WOULD APPRECIATE IT......GOOD NIGHT AND GREETINGS

You probably have cloud recover client or "sure recovery" that uses the wolf console.  There are 2 recovery schemes listed.

select windows 11, then select 64 bit

click "Open All" scroll down and look for recovery

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp142501-143000/sp142993.exe is dated 2022 so probably is windows 10

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp151001-151500/sp151486.exe is dated Feb 2024 is possibly windows 11

Let me know what happens as I have never used these before.
