Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Having seen a similar locked post with no solution, expect not to be provided with a resolution intentionally.

I recently updated the laptop BIOS to F.35 while doing general updates and drivers installation (clean windows install) as it was in the recommended updates section. Throughout games, benchmarks or other GPU intensive software, the fans speed increases randomly making loud noise while GPU performance drops significantly.

Meanwhile, the GPU usage is nowhere near its cap, nor temperatures indicate the need of fan speed increase. At times, temps are below 65 and still the incident happens.

All windows & NVidia power options have been set to performance.

Strangely, every15-20 minutes my laptop's fans speed decreases and FPS increases back to normal (From 25 to 120).

BIOS rollback is simply undoable due to "security improvements".

This is TORTURE. Just received this device and updated it with a big smile to find out I put it to waste.

HP shall allow to flash original BIOS.
