I recently updated my BIOS to F.32 Rev.A

After updating my BIOS, I noticed that when I start playing a game my laptop gets extremely slow although my laptop doesn't get so hot as it used to do before updating BIOS.  I used to play the game at 120 FPS but now it's between 20 and 30

The strange part is that after 15-20 minutes my laptop's fans speed decreases and my FPS increases to the normal 120. I think the new BIOS prioritizes systems low temperature over the system's performance and it uses the Max performance only when the systems hardware is cool.

I don’t mind if my laptop gets a bit hot and I don't have any problem with fan noises. My mistake was that I didn't research about the new BIOS before I updated.

I have checked all windows power management settings. I create and use a Power plan with focus on performance and updated all drivers.

I tried to install my older version, but it didn't work.

Is it true that you cannot do a rollback because of security update?

I also tried to install the old BIOS with a recovery USB flash through the windows + B key before booting method. It couldn’t find the file in D:\Hewlett-Packard\BIOS\Current

Is there any way that I can do a rollback?
