Product: HP Zbook Studio G3

After completing the reset of the HP Zbook Studio G3 PC, the PC only shows the old login profile and once the password is entered, a blue screen appears with the message: unable to load user profile.

I can not do anything else.
I repeated the steps three times and the problem persists
