Hey all, 2 days ago I called hp for a repair of my laptop because the bios recovery didn’t work and they had planned to fix it. A day had passed and then I noticed that it shown a wrong serial number on the email conformation for the repair and then a called them and they said that they were going to cancel my order and make a new one. They did cancel the order but the next day a HP Partner came up to my door and said that they were going to take my laptop for repair and I gave it to them and they went off. To this day, it still shows the old order is cancelled and they had never sent me a email confirmation for the new order. I will attach the photo where it says it’s cancelled. Can someone message me on how I can uncancel this order because I don’t want them to send my device back if the repair isn’t finished. By the way I have HP care pack for 3 years and the standard warranty for 1 year still on it. Thanks in advanced!
