Try the version that I zipped up and attached below:
This info link provides the instructions for how to use the HP cloud recovery tool:
HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Support
After you install the tool, right-click HP Cloud Recovery Tool, and then select Run as administrator.

I managed to get this to work, accidentally. It seems you to use the w11 start menu, all apps and then run the tool from there - this certainly wasnt clear from HP instructions. I was just right clicking the downloaded .exe file from the downloads directory and running it as an administrator which obviously wasnt the correct method.

Oh dear I am being told a HP firmware pack (intel processors) is available, usual problem, says cant be used on this device BIOS and only option is to copy files to hard drive - totally useless.
My current BIOS using MSINFO32 is shown as: Insyde F.20 dated 21/03/1923 whereas the package is saying it wants to download BIOS F.11?
Am I going crazy?
Should I just uninstall the HP support assistant and then reinstall?
