Hi. Elitebook 840G business, purchased from reseller (reconditioned) on 8th Jan 2021 (all proofs available, of course).

I need to make a change into BIOS to resolve USB 3.0 controller limitation.

Access to BIOS is restricted by Password. Entering any value (incl. just "enter", or "space + enter") only cause repeating 3 times the Password request (plus a fourth with keyboard on screen), and resulting in "system is locked, press power to switch off" (no other messages, or error codes).

Reseller never provided me with Password for BIOS, but I definitely need to update BIOS in Debug EHCI USB.

Can I have from Support Team a SCM.BIN?
