Product: HP Envy x360 15m
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a fairly new HP Envy x360 15m with AMD Ryzen 5 4500u

Lately when my PC goes into sleep mode or lid is closed, the PC crashes and does a hard shutdown and sometimes it take a few minutes before I can even power back on.

I noticed a few errors in the event log prior to it shutting down.

Host Network Service Event ID 1030 'IpICSHlpStopSharing' : '0x80070032'.

Host Network Service Event ID 1020 HNS failed to add firewall rules for new container with error '0x800706D9' and unique error string "'Windows firewall rule added successful'"

 

The OS and drivers are up to date.

I have turned off fast boot

 

Any suggestions would be great.

Hmm did you check to see if you have the latest BIOS? Does your HP Support Assistant tell you anything.? I wish I knew what to say as Im not one of the experts on this kinda thing.

I spent an hour or so with HP assistant and he had me update the BIOS and run diagnostics and didn't fix it.

I am thinking this has to be a driver or app issue, but I am I not sure how to determine that.
