HP Recommended

Hi, I've got a HP Envy 360 laptop. The other night I had to force switch off as the fan was running incredibly loud, think helicopter type of way. Since then it won't turn on and the charging light won't come on at all. It's showing absolutely zero signs of life. I've only had the laptop about 2 years, if that. Desperately trying to sort it myself as its 3am, does it sound like it needs to be looked at by someone that actually knows about these things?
