HP Recommended

I have an HP printer that has HP Eprint service.  I send an email to my printer's email address.  I get am email from Eprint that my job was received and is processing but I don't get the printed email.  How to fix this?

Welcome to the HP Community --

 

There is no actual solution.

 

ePrint is old tech -- good tech -- many, many users.

ePrint has been around for a lot of years. 

Free, too.

 

ePrint is plagued with lots of rules and limitations -- and no actual team of people checking each job to make sure you get your stuff. 

 

It's all automated, in other words.

 

No, we don't have a way to ask about your job.  :HalfEyes:

 

Your job could be gone forever -- or it could show up later, or tomorrow.
