Product: HP Notebook 15t-dy100 CTO

Tried turning on the laptop and it kept on restarting. I tried the windows button + D + power button and it would shut down but when I power it on it would do the same thing all over again.  Need help since my daughter would need to use this since school is about to start in 2 days .

I followed all the steps in recovering BIOS but it still dkept in doing this at the end when everything restarted.
