HP Recommended
Product: HP Laptop PC 15-dw4000 IDS Base Model

For the past month or so, at least several times a day my laptop freezes for a few seconds and then unfreezes on its own. I tried reinstalling the operating system using HP USB recovery media, but that didn't fix the problem. Any ideas on what the problem might be and what I can do to fix it? Thanks for your assistance. I should add that I did a UEFI extended hardware check and everything passed.
