Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

I have hp probook 640g2

I did something when i put the laptop's keyboard. The screen got black and i just hold the power button. After that it was starting and it was booting for 1 hour so i decided to press the power button again but the laptop didn't even boot. The fans were spinning in max speed and the HP logo apeared with "Your system is not fully configured" I don't know what it means but please hellp me ASAP because it's important and will be big harm for me. Thanks
