Dear HP support group

I bought new HP laptop pc 15-dw3000 2 weeks ago, from the first day of a fan is noisy and spins constantly and loudly. The noise is very annoying even if I am just opening a few simle browser pages.  Currently, as it shows, No windows updates or software updates are needed, and I didn't make any setting changes.  Is it typical for this model?

thank you

@Gakharia

Sorry, but that could easily just be the case. Newer laptops are smaller, thinner, with faster processors and memory, and in many cases, NVME solid state drives.  All these contribute to a LOT more heat -- which drives the fans faster and louder.  Often, all you can do to deal with this is get a laptop base with embedded fans that partly cool down the laptop.

WAWood(Level 16) Thanks for your reply.  I have contacted HP's official support live operator, they sent me the BIOS update link.  That update fixed this issue. Good luck
