for the past week my HP laptop suddenly shuts down without warning, not goes to sleep but literally shuts down. I'm using the computer for like an hour or even many hours and then it just shuts down. after i turn it on again it works normally then the problem happens again. and today i was using the pc and then it suddenly shut down but not completely, the screen was black but the cap lock key started blinking. i hold the power button to turn it off completely then i press it again and turned on normally.it was the first time this happened.

I used some tools to check if its an overheating problem but everything was fine, i checked if it may be a malware problem but nothing was found. then i run the windows memory diagnostic and it says it detected no errors.

i checked the event viewer to find the problem  and the time it shuts down i find kennel 41.

can someone please help, i really can't identify the problem.
