HP laptop Model 14- cf3512sa
Hello ,
I am having issue turning my laptop on . I charged it overnight , however this morning I pressed the power button and it won’t turn on.
I have watched many YouTube videos where they say to press and hold for couple seconds and remove the Ac adapter and press and hold again which didn’t work.
I removed the battery also , and did those steps also didn’t work.
I tried using the virtual assistant on the HP website and it didn’t work.
My laptop is able to charge , I see the LED light on for the charger , however it just doesn’t turn on, there is no signs of it turning on or the usual turn on noise either just completely blank, and lifeless , yet able to charge.
If anyone can help me with this it will be great , is there anywhere I can send it to get this fixed as I need it for uni, thanks.
