Hp model 14- an012nr
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

The Notebook doesn't boot I ran all diagnostic test everything came back fine reset the bios that's fine when I try to reinstall or reset it tells me the drive is too full empty some contents and try again but the system won't boot to Windows and there's no physical hard drive that I can take out it's the electronic MMC Drive 32GB

The only message I get after minutes and minutes of the system trying to boot is system had a problem starting or Windows had a problem starting and it puts me right to the repair mode and I get back into all the options and nothing works

What I had to do with my Lenovo Ideapad 120S with the 32 GB hard drive is to do a clean installation of Windows 10.

Not what you want to hear, but yours is a very common problem with all owners of laptops with the 32 GB eMMC hard drives.
