My laptop was damaged by water and I took it upon myself to find out what got damaged. When I opened it up it showed signs that it shorted out. I located where the burn marks came from, it was the memory chip and the mouse pad internal piece. So I replaced the mouse pad, battery, and put 2 new memory chips in. It now stopped popping up with errors but it will not fully start up. I did all the tests and extended tests to test my hard drive and mother board. Everything passed. But it's still stuck on preparing automatic repair screen. I left it overnight and came to it in the morning and it was still there on the same screen. Please help me find out what the next step to do.

If everything is ok, try to reinstall.
Start with the simple repair tools available

but first of all look at all the options available
There is a risk of losing all your personal data
The best would be to try to recover them before, by using a live cd for example

All of my personal data on my computer is gone so it has to download all of its original codes again I guess. I have restarted my computer multiple times but it has not helped

If a factory relocation as a last resort does not give anything better, it will be necessary to consult a professional.
