Dear Sir,

I've got a problem for my computer's USB 3.0. It's not working, and I haven't got a perfect driver from the HP website. It's an HP Pavilion g6 2242sa computer and I've got a Windows 7 64 bit operating system.

Please help me.

Hi,

Download and install the AMD Chipset driver from the following link.

http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/chipset?os=Windows%207

When the installation has completed, restart the notebook.

Thank you!
It works!
But I've got another question.
When I've got this computer, it was a cooler contlorer, or something. It was a sign of a snowflake. And it's missing now.
I don't know, what it is, but my laptop is heat up very quickly, since it is not available.

Thank's again

Hi,

You're welcome :generic:

The other application you mention sounds like HP CoolSense - you can install this as follows.

First, download and install HP Software Framework on the link below.

HP Software Framework.

When done, restart the notebook.

Then download and install HP CoolSense from the following link.

HP CoolSense.
