I can watch YouTube videos but when I click on full screen all I get is a black screen and my mouse

And I try and play a game like age of empires 2 HD, I can hear the sound of the game and see my mouse but again all I get is a black screen until I close the game

Thanks again for your continued help 😃

Hi Sharpie15.

Fixing the You Tube issue should be fairly easy.

Go to the video you are trying to watch

Rt click on the inside screen and select settings.

On the settings/display uncheck the box that say "Enable Hardware Acceleration"

Then close and try full screen mode.

Please let me know how you make out
