OK, so WHY do you need HP Recovery Manager NOW?  Did you reinstall Windows from scratch and need to reinstall all the HP stuff, including Recovery Manager?

Asking because if you did that, it will NOT work now -- so there is no point in downloading and installing it.

The HP Recovery Manager is used to do a Factory Reset, not to install drivers.

What you need is HP Support Assistant:  HP Support Assistant | HP® Official Site

@Misko00

OK .. but HP Recovery Manager comes PRELOADED on PCs.

If you reinstalled your OS and install that NOW, it most likely will not work : Latest HP Recover Manager download

Why? I dont understand why this program is not on 2019 model. But thank you

HP included that utility primarily to assist folks with doing factory resets -- although, as you know, there are other options as well.

When HP came out with the Cloud Utility, whereby folks could download and create their own HP Recovery Media, they stopped including both Recovery partitions and this utility on their PCs.  That's why I said, that if your PC does not have the application, installing it would probably not work.

Did you try using HP Support Assistant to see if that could find and install what you need?
